On January 28, Chinese New Year's Eve, Prof.Dr.Han Linhai, President of GXU, and Prof.Dr.Liang Enwei, Vice President of GXU, joined students staying on campus during the winter vacation for the Chinese New Year's Eve dinner to celebrate the Year of the Snake together.

At the Cuiyuan Dining Hall, Han Linhai, on behalf of GXU, presented Spring Festival lucky bags to the students . He also joined them in writing the Chinese character "福"(fortune), making dumplings, enjoying the Chinese New Year's Eve dinner, and chatting warmly with them. The scene was filled with joy and festive cheer.
